Estimates

The ESTIMATE will be presented to you afterwards to give you an approximate idea of the price of your future staircase. This will contain enough detail so that you have a good overview of the prices for the material, the finish and the installation of each component in the staircase.

Measurements

To get an accurate idea of the price of your staircase, a MEASUREMENT is required. Simply make an appointment with us, and an expert will come to your home to see what the project really consists of and the constraints. They will validate the information collected during the budget submission. This step makes it possible to reduce as much as possible surprises and additional costs not foreseen during construction.

Final Quote

Thereafter, the FINAL SUBMISSION will be presented to you as well as the final price of the project. At this stage, if you still want to go ahead with us, we will establish the start date of the work. We will order the materials and plan the labour after signing the contract.

Fabrication and Finishing

The FABRICATION AND FINISHING of your staircase can then begin according to the established production schedule. If the finishing team needs to stain your staircase according to colour samples (of your floor or other) that you have provided us, the colourists will take care of the colour development. They will contact you to present the sample and approve the colour before proceeding with the staining of your staircase.

A few days before the INSTALLATION of the staircase, our project manager orchestrates the delivery of the equipment to your home and will follow up on the project from the arrival of the installation team until the end of the work to ensure that everything goes smoothly. You are assured that nothing is left to chance and that the end result meets your expectations.
