Types of lamination (appearance)
On flat grain
This type of lamination is the one you see the most, the boards are wider and are glued on their edges, and you can clearly see the wood grain on the surface.
On side grain
This assembly consists of gluing narrow planks face to face, which makes it more resistant to dimension changes due to humidity and provides a linear wood grain appearance.
